richability is a pretty young company based in Switzerland dealing with RIA technologies. The company provides custom development of RIA applications, currently the major focus is Flex.

As the founder (Florian Müller) is a passionated Ajax engineer, and knows well about the pains rising with Ajax application at the moment, richability offers so called "Discovery Workshops": a Discovery Workshop is used to screen an existing Ajax/Web Application and provide feedback which RIA technology could be used to replace the application.

As already mentioned, richability is in progress of growing - but the potential for RIAs, especially in Switzerland's banking and telco area is enourmously. That's the reason we believe that richability will grow fast and we are looking forward to consult our customers and recommend Adobe RIA technologies in case the requirements match!
