* Using Degrapha to create shapes in Flex, based on Flash or SVG type data- Anthony DeBonis

Anthony will demonstrate the steps needed to repurpose Flash based shapes that make up each county in New York State into a highly customizable Flex based map component.

Bio: Anthony DeBonis is a Senior Technologist, Adobe Certified Instructor and Partner with Troy Web Consulting in Troy, New York. Anthony is responsible for designing, developing and deploying RIA/web applications in Flex, ColdFusion and Java Platforms for both government and corporate entities. Anthony is currently working on Flex / ColdFusion Applications for several New York State and Federal Agencies including highly secure, mission critical dashboard system. An avid developer community member, Anthony manages the Java Developer's Network in Albany NY and presents at many user groups and Nation Conference.

Bio: Mark has been working with Java and many of its frameworks since 2000 and has two years experience with Flex2 and Cairngorm. During the past two years he has been a key developer in the successful launch of two large scale commercial Rich Internet Applications.

Bio: Jerry is the founder and president of the Capital District Flex Developers Network.
