1- record a video via webcam online and finishing it
by filling a
2- “info” – field PLUS e-mail address
3- Location and age (used later to show categorized listings, sorted by cities and age groups)
[I would rather have steps 1,2&3 in one and only video finishing with step4, that during the start of the site will show “free”]

4-and paying a small fee via sms* (possibility to enable/disable this)
also the payment should be valid for a certain time.

Then I want these videos to be sent to an administration part of the site where I can see the new posted videos (also if the payment is OK) and then approve them for publishing.

The interface should be clean and light!

I will supply you with all the needed interface files in Fireworks for each and every page for the end-user so you get a better look on how the site should work during video playing, searching and navigating.

I am looking for a serious developer as I want to establish a relationship for further projects regarding this one as a start. Like expansion of functions

I am not very keen with Flex 3,

Although I know a lot about designing and PHP, but would like something in Flex 3 now.
