You will be working on a small team building a sophisticated application utilizing rich media, content management, and real-time collaboration capabilities built with bleeding edge technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI development in Flash/Flex/Air, a working knowledge of MVC concepts, and experience with Java server technologies (Spring/Hibernate).

Tasks to be performed involve application UI in Flex/Air, content generation and editing, animation and visual effects, video streaming and mixing, content and user management, real-time collaboration, offline data synchronization, and systems integration.

REQUIREMENTS:
Full-lifecycle software development
Expert level knowledge of Flex 3.0 / Air
Experience with PureMVC or similar framework
Experience with LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS) or similar framework
Experience with Flash Media Server or other streaming media
Working Knowledge of FlexBuilder / SVN / ANT
Experience with Java server technologies (Tomcat/Spring/Hibernate)
