Requirements
High proficiency in Actionscript 3.0
High proficiency with Adobe Flex 3
Excellent understanding of Cairngorm framework
Coding to Adobe best practices.
Integrating with AMFPHP
Good eye for design

The work environment is very relaxed and laid back. Telecommuting is an option, although preference will be given to candidates based in the UK.
