The Flextra's DataSorter component allows you to provide an easy way to sort data in your Flex applications.

The component offers a visual metaphor for sorting data that your users are familiar with from applications such as YouTube Playlists or movie rental queues.

This component extends the default Legend component and adds to it few item highlighting related features. It works with all chart types and clicking on a legend item will lead to its visibility being toggled. Furthermore mouse over legend item leads to reduction of alphas of other chart series except the related chart series of the legend item on which the mouse is over.

This component extends the default TitleWindow component and add two very useful features which make the container resize able and movable. The AdvancedTitleWindow can be moved using the mouse drag on the titleBar and it can be resized using the mouse drag on the bottom right region.

It is a small class that makes it possible to set Cookies via Actionscript without adding anything to the HTML Wrapper, all the code will be injected at runtime. I have packaged the whole thing as a ready to use flex project but feel free to use it in any other Actionscript 3 environment (Flash or pure AS3). The Util comes with methods for setting, getting and removing cookies - as mentioned before you do not have to change a single line in your wrapper, just import the class and start setting cookies from flash or flex.

This version (0.1) of the DashedLineSeries component is an extension and implementation of the wonderful code posted on Quietly Scheming by Ely Greensfield. The component is an extension of a regular LineSeries except that it has a custom LineSeriesRenderer that draws a dashed line instead of a straight line.

I ran into some issues using the FlexTeam AutoComplete component in Flex 3 so I ended up creating my own. In addition to basic "text completion" it also supports browsing, selecting and ordering multiple items.
